Exercise Tips On Lunges

I have seen a lot of this over the years I have been teaching!

When you get carried away with lunges you forget the basic!

Ensure as you lunge forward you knee does not go over your toes, you do not want a knee injury or re occurring injury as this can put you out of exercise for a while.

When in a lunge position ensure you keep upright, back neutral and the back leg knee should be hovering over the floor. Be very careful not to knock your knees against the floor.
